Kirill Lvoviç Tumanov (rus. Кири́лл Льво́вич Тума́нов, ing. Cyril Leo Toumanoff; 13 oktyabr 1913, Sankt-Peterburq – 4 fevral 1997, Roma) Cənubi Qafqaz və Cənubi Qafqaz aristokrat ailələri tarixi üzrə ABŞ mütəxəssisi. Orta əsr Qafqaz tarixi üzrə ən böyük Qərb ekspertlərindən biridir.

Kirill Tumanov 1913-cü ildə Sankt-Peterburqda Rusiya İmperator Ordusunun zabiti Lev Tumanovun ailəsində anadan olmuşdur. Anası rus zadəgan Yelizaveta Jdanova olmuşdur. Lev Tumanov zadəgan erməni-gürcü mənşəli Tumanovlar ailəsindən idi. 1917-ci il Oktyabr inqilabından sonra Lev Tumanov ailəsini Yelizavetanın valideynlərinin yaşadığı və o dövrdə ikili hakimiyyətin mövcud olduğu Həştərxana aparmışdır.
Ağların məğlubiyyətindən sonra Tumanovlar Parisə mühacirət etmişdilər. 1928-ci ildə Lev və Kirill Tumanov ABŞ-yə köçmüşdür. Kirill Tumanov 1942-ci ildən 1970-ci ildə təqaüdə çıxana qədər Corctaun Universitetində çalışmışdır. O, təqaüdə çıxdıqdan sonra Tumanov Romaya köçmüş, burada tarixi məsləhətçi kimi çalışmış və Malta ordeninə qoşulmuşdur.
